Bryn Mawr is definitely improving…with the great leadership there the new DON is great Kathryn is getting staff ADON Theresa puts her hands into everything..TEAM WORK IS MAKING THIS A DREAM WORK PLACE.
Facility is just fine but the DON Kathrine (from what I was told) is incredibly rude and being of such responsibility as the dean of nursing, one should carry themselves otherwise as this left a bad representation of the facility unfortunately. More education on behavioral interaction with others is...

This place is a NIGHTMARE, please don''t take your family member to this place, it''s dirty, staff unprofessional, the nurse Shawn is rude, he doesn''t know what he is doing, and the nurse''s manager Jenna also rude, they are just working to get their paycheck, she didn''t provide the help that my husband needed in this place when I took him there, left us there for 2 hours without no one to come to checked on us, also my husband room wasn''t ready when we got there, finally when they took us to the room, they didn''t disinfect his room, the furniture was broken, walls were dirty, bathroom also dirty. Same day that I took my husband to this facility I took him out from there the same day. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The Department of the State must to go to inspect this facility. This place should be CLOSED!!

Please don’t take anyone you love to this place! Where should I began. As you approach the building itself looks visibly worn. There are patients out in the parking area and front entrance noticeably filthy and not well cared for well. There’s one older lady at the front desk who isn’t very pleasant. As you continue through the lobby doors you can smell the strong odor of urine. Patients yelling in the hallsway. Call bells going unanswered for over 25 mins or more. The social worker seems over worked and seemed to be annoyed about my request for my relatives transfer. My family member was left in urine for several hrs, oral care or nail care hasn’t been given since his arrival. I had to do it when I visited. I left on a Fri retuned on a sun and he had the same clothing on when I returned. This is a dangerous place to be in my opinion. The rooms are just as tore down as the outside. There is really nothing good I have to say about this place. I’m not sure who funds this place or others like it but it’s a shame that in your old age or time of need you would have to live like this. This place isn’t fit for a wild animal. Almost everyone I approached seemed uninterested or dismissive…. Oh and don’t be fooled by the pics on their site these are old pics.
