I was at The Grove for almost 2 months, after shattering my leg. The PT/OT I received were EXCELLENT! Andy and Rachel were great!!! The food was terrible, but I was treated with grace and respect by everyone! Marilyn in Activities, kept me sane!!! She works so hard and went above and beyond!

Agency people do not pick up at this place this place is racially discriminatory and they are trying to get people who come there dnr before you even see if your like the place. I worked a night shift for the first time. Don’t know Any on the patients I walk in and this nurse tell me that I will be oriented with an in-house aide. Me and that aide sat and got up together to work when it was time. After our 2nd rounds was done we sat back at the desk. That same nurse walked over and said hey u have to help her, I said we just did rounds and she’s answering a light… 1 light was going off that the aide said she didn’t need my help on. Literally at the end of the shift 6ish shift end at 7. A tall man who stated he was the supervisor fixed his lips to say to me that I didn’t work the whole night. I don’t stand for bullying or anyone accusing me of something that’s not true. Why would anyone drive all the way in the middle of nothing to not work. Ain’t no way. This place is dirty and rooms don’t look sanitary. Do not pick up a shift here. I left that building so fast.

The staffing is terrible The food is terrible. The Nurses are liars they are vindictive. My brother was there he is blind and can''t walk. They have to help him with everything. They evicted him because I wrote a letter to the Governor and he sent it to the health department. They investigated and my brother gets an eviction notice sent to him while he is in the hospital which said he is a danger to the residents, staff, and himself. My brother can''t see or walk so how is he a danger to the residents and staff. Please tell me. Please do not subject your family to this horrible nursing home.

Worked here 3 shifts now with agency. Love the people. No complaints.
This place should be condemned. Such a shame that the elderly have to live in these conditions. Employees are pleasant, should not have to work under these conditions.
