This place looks just like the garden of happiness. I am a respiratory therapist who checks on a couple of my patients who stay over there, and every time I’m here, I feel love and friendship all over the place, along with happiness. Please keep the positive culture

I toured 3 facilities and this one just felt right. The others were good options and we found nothing wrong just didn't feel as right. They have been so helpful in taking care of mom and her changing needs. They have picked up quickly when she was not quite herself and called me so we could get her evaluated by her physician. They have activities, but mom does not participate. They provide housekeeping and have helped her with her laundry. Overall yes, I would recommend them.

The staff was incredible at Holiday The Gardens At Arkanshire, they were super accommodating during our tour. I had some concerns because of their rooms. They have a lot of variety, but their larger rooms were somewhat limited and fairly expensive, way outside of my parent's budget. It's almost twice what they're paying where they are right now. All the meals are included, there are three meals a day. It's a very large facility so there's quite a bit of walking in the ones that we looked at, even from the room to the elevator. The 2-bedroom cottage that we looked at was wonderful, but we also had the price range. When you looked at a 1-bedroom there with a small kitchen, it wasn't as nice. But I think the variety is excellent, it's just a very pricey facility. Their activities were outstanding, they were well done, and they had a great activities coordinator. The facilities were lovely, they had an outdoor pool, a workout room, and a lovely dining room. Their apartments were probably the ones I would say were my least favorite.

I went to Holiday The Gardens at Arkanshire. They were very friendly, but I don't think that would work for my dad because it's multilevel. I feel like it was more independent living and not assisted living, but it was very good, very helpful, and very informative. I toured everything with the staff and saw the rooms, saw the amenities, and the different parts of the building, and it was very nice. They had an exercise room, a library, and a common area. It's just they were all on different floors, which I don't think would work for my father, who has mobility issues.

We are choosing Holiday The Gardens At Arkanshire for my brother because we loved it. We thought it was a very nice place. We'd love to be there ourselves. The place was well kept up, and there wasn't anything we didn't like about it. I loved the studio apartment. It was very nice, a 5-star quality. I liked how they had everything. The meals were great and the service was wonderful. The dining area was very nice. The waitresses brought our salad and our drinks, and then they brought our food, and then the dessert. It was just great. It was even better than most restaurants. Sandy gave us the tour and she was just super. She was very nice, informative, and easy to talk to. She explained everything and took us everywhere. They were just super nice people. For the inclusions, you get a room, cable TV, utilities, 3 chef-prepared meals a day, a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, transportation to your appointments and errands, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and an on-site complimentary laundry facility. If you have a family coming to visit you, you can also get a guest suite for them. They have a billiard room, a library, an exercise room, and a beauty salon. Fur babies are also welcome. There was a coffee and snack bistro. There's an emergency response monitor that you wear. You have your own individually controlled air conditioning and heating in your room. They have home health and PT services on site.

We loved Holiday The Gardens At Arkanshire. It was nice, and everything was really good. The cottages were fantastic, even the apartments were nice. John was the one who took us around and he was nice. The staff did everything they could to try to help us with pricing, but it was just way too much for us. And that was the only reason we did not choose them. If I had the money, I would have taken it in a heartbeat. Their amenities were fantastic, and the way that they treated their residents was nice. If you could afford this place, I would highly recommend them. If you're a resident and you travel to another state, you could stay in their facility in that state for free. They have activities to go out to places, crafts, bingo, and other activities to keep them entertained. They also have an emergency call necklace that you can wear all the time. One of the things I liked about this place is that even if you need a higher level of care, they can take care of you in your own apartment. You never have to move out of that apartment.
