My dad has been a resident of The Bungalows at Springdale for about two years now. The first year he was in level 1 care, and received great care. For the last eight months he has been in level 2 care due to his increasing needs. There he receives even better care! My wife, Shirley, and I are incredibly happy with the care, attention, and affection shown to my dad. We are always surprised and pleased that, it seems, all of the staff know who he is and call out to him as we walk through the building. He is always telling us what good care they give him. He is happy and content. The staff at The Bungalows is kind, compassionate, and friendly. We visit several times a week to see my dad and always have a positive impression. If my dad''s condition would allow it, we would have him living at home with us. We are thankful for, and truly appreciate The Bungalows and the staff there. It takes special people to provide the patient, compassionate, care they give to their residents.

My parents are in The Bungalows at Springdale. I like the condition of the place, it was very modern and clean. There were other places I visited that weren't that way and were not even considered because of that. I liked the staff, I liked the layout of the place. It was convenient to get to the dining room, and so forth. They supply a microwave and a small refrigerator in the rooms. They have a lot of programs and a lot of different things for the residents. They also have a courtyard area.
