Continue to be disappointed! Sunrise Granite Run could be so much better! Room does not get cleaned regularly! Meals being brought to room because of COVID . The chicken cordon blue looks like shredded carrots with a cream sauce on them! Really? I keep having to request the obvious needs- towels, cleaning, etc. Memory care is worse! They are supposed to check on patients and we’ve been there for hours and no one comes in! I think we will be shopping around! It’s exhausting to battle with these people!

My mother''s short stay at SGR did not go well. I will not go into the specifics other than to say that you may want to look at other facilities so you won''t go through what we did if you have a loved one who needs this type of care. Of course this is only my humble opinion and I am not a medical expert. I''m sure SGR would disagree with the issues I had with them. These issues ranged from minor to major with some of them never being resolved to my satisfaction or at all. Now let me be clear, I am not saying SGR did everything wrong, they have very difficult job, one that I couldn''t do and the law of averages suggests that you can''t please everyone. With that being said , perhaps our experience was a rarity but please be cautious before you make a choice for your loved one.

The facility looks nice enough but after visiting and touring, we were completely ignored after that. I called to ask if we were ever going to get literature or information on pricing/care. They told us the person was out of office. We never heard from them again. If they show this kind of neglect to potential newcomers, I shudder to think how residents are treated.
