This community doesn''t seem to value other people''s time and their common courtesy is out the window.. Upon arriving at their community I realize I wouldn''t do business with them just for that alone and yet i was referred to them. I give a big ZERO to Jose the maintenance manager and to the lady at the front desk (the Jamaican lady) for their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. I feel sorry for seniors at any community that has a poorly run staff. Corporate needs to be aware of how this particular staff treats people. 0 stars!!

Sunrise of North Lynbrook was a very nice community, and the sales rep was very accommodating. I saw that the residents seemed to appear to be more in line with needing or requiring assistance than memory care. I remember specifically that it was a very secure environment. Some of the rooms were single rooms and some were shared. It had very nice green space, the memory care unit had its outdoor secured green space, and the location was lovely. The rooms had a refrigerator, microwave, a freezer, but not a kitchenette. If you happen to require aging in place, they're capable of doing that.

As an outside healthcare provider, I can safely say that Sunrise is a wonderful facility to work in. The staff is attentive, friendly and always willing to assist. The wellness team provides quality care for the residents and are readily available when needed. I am always greeted with a warm smile from the lovely facility coordinator, Annmarie who will always go out of her way to make the residents and staff feel like family. Most importantly, the residents are safe, happy and thriving.

Five stars is really not enough for how I feel about my experience with Sunrise of North Lynbrook. Let me start by saying how absolutely beautiful this facility is. From the impeccable manicured grounds to the facility itself reminiscent to me of a beachside retreat, this place was stunning. Not only was I thoroughly impressed with the outside, but when you step inside, the decor and ambiance is stunning. The staff was nothing short of welcoming and affable, they took their time with me on the tour, answering any and all questions that I had and was so thorough, patient, kind and considerate. I never felt rushed and it was such an enjoyable experience. I can’t say enough good things about what I had the pleasure of experiencing. Beyond words, and absolutely phenomenal. Top of my list is where I put this beautiful place.
