My mom was at the Bristal at Lynbrook for 6 1/2 years and she truly had a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind, compassionate and caring towards her, every time I would visit my mom she would have a big smile on her face. She was always very clean and well taken care of and I felt as though the staff treated her like family. The food was very good and they provided lots of entertainment and fun activities. Would like to give a special thanks to Wendy Gregg the Executive Director and Monique Stroude the Director of Case Management for all of their help and support over the years, they really cared about my mom and I will always be grateful. Would also like to say thank you to Nancy at reception who was always so kind to my mom, she gave her special attention every time we would visit her at the front desk, she always had such nice things to say - she is truly a very caring beautiful person. My mom will definitely miss everyone at the Bristal and it will always have a special place in her heart as well as mine.

The Bristal is a first rate facility. The staff cares deeply about their residents whom they attend to with patience and affection. We wouldn''t trust our elderly mother''s care to anyone else.
Due to multiple circumstances, my cousin with disabilities needed to be quickly transferred to an assisted living facility.
