Heartless staff she has no feelings no sympathy !!!! Hope she don’t treat patients there likes this. They called police on us for trespass !!!! So here story the hospital discharge my in law late last night they got there around 7:30 pm they don’t speak English or understand my in law is diabetes cant walk kidney failure etc me and my fiancé got there around 7:45pm I understand visitation hours until 8 but we have to make sure everything’s will be good and understanding with staff while we talking and asking questions this lady ( no name say ) ask us to leave at 8:15 pm and keep coming back every 5 mins tell us to leave while we talk to other staff for questions and want to know answers ( this is your 3 times at 8:30 she say ) I already call sugarland police . this is how they treat us. Police show up at 7:45 pm while we leaving. We don’t have times to look or research other nursing home. We understand they have policies to follow Let’s me tell you everyone love there love one I hope this staff have more hart and understanding we Jz want talk and make sure the issue with my in law that’s all if she treat us this way how’s going to treat there patients (hope Jz this lady)

They took great care of me. Especially the PCSs Amanda and Elvira. The nurses are also very good. I had great physical and occupational therapists. I’m amazed at how much progress I have made.
