TERRIBLE experience! DO NOT send your loved ones here. My dad was here and the place was disgusting and the employees were useless! There is no way to get a hold of anyone, no one answers the phone and you have to call back multiple time until you finally get someone. Then when you finally get through, they answer with an attitude and they have no idea where my dad was, how he was doing, etc. For someone who can’t use the phone on his own we had to get a hold of my dad through the Lynnhurst. When we would come to visit all the staff would be gathered talking about their personal life and when he would push the button we’d be waiting 10 plus minutes for someone to come, then when they finally do they act like they are upset to do the job they sign up for! A couple of days before we took him out we came to visit and he was slumped over in his wheelchair and was struggling to get himself up. The day we got him out he had NO PANTS on in the WINTER! There are so many other complaints I have but I advise anyone who reads this and all the other 1 stars please do not bring your loved one here. The residence cared more about my dad then the staff. Too bad I can’t give zero stars.

This place is horrible my step dad fell out the bed twice and they left him on the floor we seen him on camera on the floor and had to drive to pick him up. Staff do not care about clients. There is a few good staff I made a few reports due to not feeding my non verbal step dad for 3days. My stepfather didn’t take a shower for 21 days. My step dad is 7 foot and had him in a twin bed. First day he arrived they weren’t prepared for him they told the hospital they had everything to meet his needs which was a lie they only wanted a bed filled. A staff said if we complained or caused issues about there poor treatment it would reflect the care and support they would give my step dad. I made a report with the state and that week my step dad fell out the bed again I had to drive again to the facility and expressed my frustration with the nurse on why they didn’t help my step dad. They had a meeting two days later said they couldn’t have my step dad there anymore that north memorial had a bed for him and we agreed to move him. We found out north memorial never had a bed that LynnHurst lied and just dumped my non verbal step dad who can’t walk in the emergency room. Like we was a stray animal This facility needs to be shut down rooms stank, no ot facility, no showers in room , no real kitchen for clients just a small room where they eat and watch tv it’s about 10•10 room it’s literally a jail

We needed a place for my dad to go to temporarily since he couldn’t go home just yet. We left the hospital and arrived at this facility. My first impression wasn’t good. We walked up the sidewalk and was greated to 5 people sitting in wheelchairs. We were not greeted and I had to ask where we should go. The workers approached didn’t speak very good English. Eventually we found our room. When we walked in there was a roommate who was moaning. TheTV was blasting. We stood by my dads bed. We were afraid to sit for the sense it wasn’t clean. The phone lying on his bed was covered in black sticky substance. The tray was coverages in STICKY food. While waiting for a staff member, residents were walking back screaming as they had mental health concerns. My dad looked at me and said , “please don’t leave me here.” I told him no way and we walked out. This place should not be in operation. This is the last place before these patients are on the streets. Very disheartening.
