My grandma is at care at the location in Woodbury. The staff is very rude and short anytime a family member tries to call. They have refused to give her a bath when she has asked for one and told her, “it’s not your bath day.” Even on her bathing day, she has not received them. She went not bathed for 10 days. She asked to go to the bathroom and they told her to pee in her diaper because the nurse didn’t want to get her up and help her. When the nurse did help with the bathroom she would say, “don’t touch me.”

St. Therese of Woodbury has been a wonderful place for my mother to age. I couldn''t recommend it more highly.
Dad is in their transitional care unit for a broken back. The staff don’t know how to use the brace. The staff don’t take him for walks…but they do cognitive therapy. For a back injury. They don’t assist in anything without asking. Nice building. Inattentive staff. If I want dad to get...
Dad is in their transitional care unit for a broken back. The staff don’t know how to use the brace. The staff don’t take him for walks…but they do cognitive therapy. For a back injury. They don’t assist in anything without asking. Nice building. Inattentive staff. If I want dad to get exercise I have to drive 25 miles to do it myself. I’m fine doing that because I love my father but it’s a pretty expensive bill to have such a lack of service and basic care.
