If you want the best for your loved one, this is NOT the facility you want them in. 1st they are understaffed. 2nd they are all under trained and lack professionalism (rude) They are there to simply collect paychecks. They dont care for our loved ones. 3rd. Call lights are left unanswered for 3 hours I watched a call light stay on. When I made the nurse guy aware of it he simply ignored the light and me and went on to flirting with some other nurse eventually hugging and kissing st the end of the hall. I dont remember her name but his I think started with an R he has a foreign accent. I''ve over heard employees digging other employees. The lead nurses allow this miss conduct and neglect to occur. I''m so un pleased and hope the place gets shutdown or all faculty members are replaced.

Absolutely sad that this place is allowed to stay open. Nurses don’t answer Call Lights in time, food is served late to most Luke warm, if they’re lucky. The employees only show up for the paycheck, not to be caretakers. Administration plays favorites and allows a lot of mistakes excusable when they shouldn’t be. Do not put your family in this facility. It’s atrocious.

This place is so under staffed it is ridiculous!!! Also, there are some aides that lack the patience and compassion to work in their chosen profession.
