Staff very helpful with all paperwork. Clean facility and very careful.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a good experience we have nothing negative to say about them
I was impressed by the facility and staff willingness to go the "extra mile" and the friendliness of the residents. my spouse enjoys the environment and seems to enjoy her new home.
I think it is really important for other families looking into Spring Oaks to know that you have to provide your own things such as bed pads, diapers, etc. Absolutely anything and everything.
I liked Spring Oaks. It seemed like an okay place for a loved one. I especially liked that they had outdoor spaces available to their memory care residents.

I went to Spring Oaks. They were very nice and very friendly. I was shown a shared room. I didn't see the food, but I did read the menu. It was pretty balanced as far as the meals go. You've got to be open to eating food that you're not used to eating. If you've never eaten meatloaf and you get the meatloaf, that's what you're getting. They offered peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but you can only live that long for a little while. The common areas had sofas, recliners, and rocking chairs, and two different TVs on two completely separate sides of the room. They had a common dining area. The decor was a little old-fashioned, not lively, kind of blah. It was kind of drab. It's not for my mom, but they seem to have all their bases covered and the people that were there seemed happy.
