My mother has been there a few months. She is having a great time enjoying the many activities. The place is very bright and cheerful. Everyone is very nice.

Tl;dr - Once I visited Vitality for my mom, I didn''t need to look anywhere else. 13 acres of amazingness, amazing staff, and just a wonderful community feel that DOESN''T feel like a ''facility''. I do not live at, or have a parent at this facility yet. I have toured it because my mother lives with us and is dealing with some medical things. I had visited a number of places prior to going to Vitality. After meeting Frankie (who runs the community) and some of their residents, I didn''t bother to visit anywhere else. First and foremost, this didn''t feel like a "senior''s home" or a "old folks home" which is generally what I think of with places that are for our elderly loved ones to move. This really had a full on community feel. There is 13 acres of landscape, apartments, pool and hot tub, putting green, walking paths, and more. I was specifically looking for an independent living area for my mom, not somewhere she''s have to check in and check out of if she wanted to leave, and not somewhere where she could live in a bed until she was gone. Vitality has a TON of events every single week (pretty much daily) residents don''t have to give up their cars (as long as they have sign-off from their doctors when they move in), but there are many outings set up for them if they don''t want to drive. The crafting sessions they do are actually cool as heck, they have family day where the grands can come visit and partake of the events (like a traveling petting zoo!!!) and the apartments are really nice! Plus, they have two medical groups that visit the community a few times a week so she could have a doctor that she just has to hop on an elevator to go see. The residents also get emergency buttons in case something happens while they are in their homes. There is so much more, but it seemed so very nice, almost like a cruise ship without the water (except there is a pool lol). I only want the best for my mom, and I am so thrilled that I found it! If you are looking for a place, I can not recommend Vitality high enough <3

Frankie(Diez) has been with me every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to help make my dads move into Vitality an easy one. It this day and age you don’t find many people like him who truly care about others.

Vitality Living Spring Hill feels more like apartment living. It's a very nice and elegant feeling. It's very clean. Everything was immaculate there. The person who helped us was trying to sell their units, but he also gave us a lot of helpful advice and recommendations. He checked in with us several times. Although we felt like the rooms were older, because it is an older place, they were planning on updating the rooms. It felt like more of an upscale apartment complex. Not like an assisted living. So we're very impressed with it, but it's not the right fit for my mother-in-law. The staff that toured me was very young but very helpful.
