I am grateful to all the staff for caring for my mom after 2 strokes that made her go from being independent to needing assisted living and changed her personality. The staff truly does care. They are patient and kind. There’s been a few minor bumps in the road but I have been impressed how the director takes time to problem solve quickly and easily. She is responsive and caring as well. They have made one of the hardest decisions so much easier. Finding staff that truly cares is not easy these days sadly but here they truly do!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our aunt moved into Spring Arbor over a year ago and I can say many good things, including the fact that overall the staff is kind and treats their residents with respect. However, I was very disappointed when the gentlemen, John Hartnett, who gave us our tour and was sold us on the place, left abruptly. He was my go to person to call/text to check on our aunt. He was so responsive and caring and always had a story about how she was doing. It is not easy to reach someone when we are traveling and unable to visit, which can be very frustrating.

We were not at all impressed with our tour experience at Spring Arbor of Apex. In fact, we took them off of our list the second we walked out of the facility into the parking lot after the tour. The facility was not clean, the residents did not look put together, it was just a bad experience from the beginning to the end.
