I am in charge of the care for a family member who because of a serious chronic condition cannot live alone. I have looked at many senior residences. Brookdale MacArthur Park is welcoming and supportive - a true community. From my initial work with the Sales department to move our family member into the facility (from another state, during the difficult COVID period,) to everyday interface with staff at the front desk, the business offices, the activities coordinator, medical /personal care staff, and up to the Director herself, our experience has been very positive. Staff are friendly and caring. They truly take initiative and go out of their way to help. It's impressive that the Director regularly asks for feedback from residents about conditions and care at Brookdale. Dining room food selections are very good and there are lovely spaces for the regularly planned social activities and family gatherings. We feel lucky to have found Brookdale MacArthur Park.

Front desks people make you feel welcome as as you come in the door. No place is perfect but Brookdale is one of the best facilities I have been in.
