My experience with interacting with the medical staff was professional, polite and they were attentive to my love one medical needs. Upon entry to the facility, the nurses welcomed and provided my family member with the necessary items for the stay to ensure it was a comfortable environment for medical treatment. The medical staff provided updates on the progress of my family member health as needed. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Lisa Bowie, Director of Admission, for coordinating all efforts. The facility is clean, well lighted, and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor.

Our experience with South River Healthcare has been outstanding. My mother has been receiving excellent care. The staff is caring, shows compassion and has an infinite amount of patience. Every concern or question I have had has been addressed and handled to my satisfaction. I feel the majority of the staff is in this profession for all of the right reasons and it shows. I am fortunate to be able to visit my mom a couple times a day and I am always greeted warmly by her nurse, aides, therapists, whoever I encounter. They truly care about those they work with and I am grateful she is there. Shout out to Lisa in admissions who has been amazing to work with, Bonnie and RJ at the front desk, Nikki, Kim, Vivian, Yolanda and so many others. We appreciate all you do. Krissy & Alex Govatos

My first experience at this facility was terrible. The front reception and the staff was very helpful and friendly with answering questions and supplying us with personal items. The facility it self was smelly very unsanitary the bathrooms was filthy , trash running over , toilet stopped up. I do not recommend family to put their love ones here. This place is very much out dated with beds ,the wheels bend in unstable to sleep in, tv not working. This is very disappointing and disturbing to have your family and friends to come in and visit your love one.😡👎👎
