My mother claims no one informs her of what''s going on with her. Staff says they will be back in a short time to do something with her..and they NEVER return! My mother claims no one informs her of what''s going on with her. Staff says they will be back in a short time to do something with her..and they NEVER return! For some reason, her breakfast consist of one piece of toast😠!! Not everyday, but almost every other day. Why?? No one can tell her! And!! I have a disability and have a handicap tag. EVERY DAY I go to see my mom, parking spaces for disabled are full due to people who don''t have a handicap tag or hang tag! I have yet to find a spot due to rude ignorant people who think it''s ok to park there. Someone needs to do something !!!

I Love this facility my family member is a resident here and the atmosphere is so inviting the staff is so professional and caring. The new team is moving things in a more positive direction and I can’t wait to see what’s to come.
Tried calling from a hospital to verify info about a pt from this facility. NO ONE answers the phone- multiple calls- phone rings and rings and rings. I would never want a loved one to be there as it appears that they do not have enough staff
People seem to be very nice. My only issue is the hygiene my father is given. His hair is always dirty and nails are long.
Terrible facility with patient’s needs not being attended to. Please do not send your loved ones here, I doubt I would even send someone I didn’t like to this facility. One of the worst cases of nursing homes. Utterly atrocious and disappointing. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
