I’m so happy we selected Brightview for my 96 year old Mom. Every employee I’ve met has been so caring and patient. This high quality of service is evident whenever I visit. Thank all of you! 😌
if looking at memory unit or assisted living THIS IS the place to be!! We had to move my parents THREE times before we moved them to BV Southriver. Mary, Pam and Brooke are WONDERFUL and attentive supervisors. EVERY staff member is high quality. Don''t make the mistakes we made, MOVE HERE.
They take amazing care of my mother in law
Easy check-in and check-out. Very pleasant personnel.

So my mother was there for 14 months until she passed away Thanksgiving day. As far as the staff was concerned such as the aids and nurses they were wonderful and my family and I understood they were doing the very best they could given the circumstances. The circumstances being the company is severely lacking in providing enough staff for the number of residents on each floor and meeting their endless needs. Several months ago we increased the amount of hands on care our mother needed at an additional cost of $1800 a month. Needless to say we never really saw her receive any additional care. In fact my siblings and I were constantly having to ask for assistance for her only to be told that they were short staffed. I made several calls regarding this and was assured it was being taken care of but continued not to see any additional assistance. Finally in the last week of her life we had to hire additional help to make the sure she was getting all her needs met as she was transitioning. Thank god for Hospice who we had called several weeks before otherwise she may have suffered more than she did. During her last week I was there everyday and had to remind staff to give her the medications she still needed otherwise she was left to suffer needlessly. The company and higher ups are to blame for allowing the staff shortages. The facility and food was fine but how Brightview is run is disappointing to say the least.
