In comparison to another facility we were at, Sodalis Victoria had an advantage because they are a smaller facility with a more uniform population. It is nice that I was able to go eat with my loved one for meals and be able to meet other residents. The higher ups actually came to work in the dining hall and it just felt like more of a community. Overall I would recommend this facility to other families.

Sodalis Victoria Assisted Living is a very nice facility and based on the experience we would recommend them to other families. We like how encouraging the staff are with the residents when it comes to the activities. We did have a couple of issues with the night staff but that got straightened. They could be better with the washing process and just making sure things don't go missing .

Had my parents in there for a few months and have moved them into another facility. Several new hires and staffing was not well suited, some very dedicated but just needed further time to improve and work as a team. Food, medical / medicines were all given at same time in cafeteria and if were not there then did not get medication. Food was very bland and not very good, very unappealing overall. Initially no activities director due to new staff, so no set program with many filling in trying while searching for director.
