It was the worst experience of my life. I had a broken hip and because of the virus I had to be in isolation for 14 days. I had very little therapy and I feel I wasted 8 days. They finally released me because we reported them to the state. The place is so filthy and I have pictures that I was taking. I really didn’t think I was going to make it out of there alive. Please refuse to go there! The state came to my home to see the pictures and they even wondered what some of the food pictures were. I forgot to mention, I caught scabies at that hell hole. I was recovering from a broken hip and had to wash bedding clothes every morning in hot water.

I''m way past overdue in writing a review, when my dad was at this facility back in 2019. A place I will never want my dad to step foot in again and neither does anyone from his family. I witnessed a nurse being on her phone and patients calling for assistance, but they seemed bothered. I mean why did you choose that profession? A few nurses were rude, whether it be on the phone or in person. Again, why choose this profession of caring for people? My dad''s clothes was misplaced with the other patient''s side of the closet. I can''t remember what clothing got lost, where my SIL and I went to where laundry was done and check if maybe we can locate them. Nothing was found. My dad fell down in the restroom of his neurologist and no one went with him. Nurse assumed I was going to go with my dad. My sons at the time were 2 years old. I didn''t have a car and I had NEVER mentioned I would go with my dad. The staff at his neurologist picked him and changed him. But the facility sent my dad to his appointment with no change of clothes or a diaper, in case of incontinence of bowel or fluid. I called to complain to the facility and even spoke with the director. To sum things up, on the last day, my dad had to wait hours for transportation. I saw the director and she knew who I was...yet she pretended like she had not seen me. That was the last time I ever wanted to see her or be in that place. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE...PLEASE. Read the reviews. I didn''t get a chance to read the reviews before agreeing that this place would be good for him. Smh Do you research and look elsewhere.
Read moreI hate that place is nasty smells so bad the women who change the beds are so rude not only with the patients but also with the visitors, they never answer if one of the patients is asking for his medicine, they take at least two hours to answer any request of the patients. It is a horrible place.
Thanks to the helpful and pleasant staff at Silver Ridge. They made it easy to trust them with my family member while in their care at the facility.
