This for the owner to read. Some of the night time nurses are screaming and threatening the patients at the Savannah Ga facility. There have been threats made of reprisal if any reports were made. Mistreatment of the elderly and people that can’t care for themselves is evil and I hope this review will prompt an investigation of this abuse that is going on there. I will add that most of the nurses there are very professional and give great care but there are two that refuse to give their names.

Disgusted with Rokia. She’s over admissions I’m guessing. My father was denied acceptance and I was told by her several times that she would call me and explain what was going on. She spoke to me once for 2 1/2 mins, promised to call back and never did. I called her several times and texted her once and she texted back assuring I was on the list of people to call back with information and I never heard from her again. That was over a week ago. All I was trying to do was figure out why my father was denied acceptance and if there was anything I could’ve done to reverse that. She didn’t care about my fathers health or well being and didn’t even think enough of us to call back to discuss other options. Don’t look to her for help.

In February 2021, my 93-year-old husband and I, age 74, both had a life-threatening case of Covid-19 after getting the first Pfizer vaccine. After spending five days in Memorial Hospital, we were both taken by ambulance to Signature HealthCare for rehabilitation, one of the very few facilities willing to accept Covid patients at that time. We were admitted to a single room in the Covid Isolation Ward with both of us on O2 and extremely ill. The courageous nurses--some who had had Covid themselves and recently recovered---wearing full protective gear, literally risked their lives to take care of us. Following our isolation and quarantine periods, we were moved into separate rooms for additional care and rehab. My husband, too weak to feed himself, lost 19 lbs.; he was in Signature HealthCare for a month. Once I was strong enough to eat, I ate everything, and I prayed every day for the workers in the kitchen who got up so early to cook breakfast and the other nutritious meals that gave me the strength to improve and able to do the extensive rehab. I improved quickly and was discharged after only two weeks, but I had to leave my husband there because he was still too weak to leave. That part was heartbreaking because I didn''t know if I would ever see him again. At that time, visitors were only allowed window visits. The nurses, kitchen staff, and physical therapists--all working with limited employees and under the very real threat of contracting Covid themselves--contributed to our ability to recover from our near-death experience. My husband and I are eternally grateful to the employees of Signature HealthCare for accepting my husband and me--two very sick and very contagious people--as patients and for their compassionate care. Now, we are doing fine and able to enjoy all of our normal activities. In addition to my amazing daughter who was, literally, our lifeline and brought us everything we needed, we thank God and the employees of Signature HealthCare for our recovery. 💕
