Why can’t someone answer the phone in the evenings, and if not, at least setup an auto attendant so I can dial my grandmother directly. The phone just rings forever 90% of the times I have tried to call her for the past YEAR.

One day she was given a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The food has not been good. They need more caring staff. She just started her physical therapy and she said the therapist is good. This is why I gave this rating because things need to improve there .The people who come there is the reason they have a job. Case close be blessed because you never know who is looking in, and when people are sick and go there to get better everyone have to work together as a team to make the patients feel better and to let them knowthey care. A shortage of urinals, patient had to use tea glass to relieve self. Improper catheter placement resulted in pain for patient. Ignored by staff. Patients begging for water. Avoid this place.
This place is HORRIBLE! I have filed a complaint with the appropriate agency regarding my Dad''s stay there. My Dad left there on February 19, 2022 due to having a shortness of breath and when he pressed the call button TWICE...no one came to check on him. He then got out of bed...and went to the do...
This place is HORRIBLE! I have filed a complaint with the appropriate agency regarding my Dad''s stay there. My Dad left there on February 19, 2022 due to having a shortness of breath and when he pressed the call button TWICE...no one came to check on him. He then got out of bed...and went to the doorway and no one checked on him. He then called 911 from his cell phone and the 911 operator asked him the address and he did not know it and at that time a nurse "appeared" so he asked her for the address and she told him to "google it!" He then called me and I rushed there and had to ask ask them to call the ambulance and from there he was taken to the hospital and admitted. Now they sent a bill for $397 and I called my Dad''s insurance company and I just told today that when the insurance company called yesterday, he was told to call back after 3pm today. When the insurance company called them today he said some lady name Jasmine was rude and that no one from the billing office is available. What kind of place is this! You send out bills but you don''t want to speak with the insurance company regarding the bill YOU sent? I give this place ZERO stars, I had to select a star in order to post this!
