It has not been a good experience for my loved one who has been in the facility 2 months now. The staff is not very well trained and unprofessional. You have to ask for everything to be done for your loved one or it goes unattended. We’ve had to ask for water for your love one, to be taken in an out of bed, and to be taken to the bathroom. My loved one’s needs are constantly being ignored by the staff. We are constantly told “I’ll be right back,” and the staff spends a lot of time socializing. It could be a nice place because it is a small facility, but unfortunately, we’ve seen a lack of professionalism. This place is in need of a savior.

My mother has been at this facility for close to a year and a half now. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the care they provide for her. She has gained forty pounds since she arrived there, so I know they are feeding her well. Until COVID changed everything, I went by almost daily to check on on her. The staff has done their best to keep us in touch over the past several months and always keeps me updated. I am so thankful we were able to get her a room here.
