My friend is recuperating here after open heart surgery. I am giving this facility such a high rating because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff.. They are professional while fostering a fun “vibe,” which is appreciated during the stressful times people are dealing with when healing. They are responsive when trying to reach them by phone. The facility always smells clean. Their Covid protocol is consistent and careful, without being unwelcoming to visitors. I am glad my friend is there and appreciate the care he is receiving.

Agree 100% with other 1 star review, ZERO communication, un safe staffing, and over all terrible rehab. My grandmother was there for rehab and did nothing but lay in bed, even had an aide tell me "she doesn''t walk" She was put in diapers even though she was fully able to get up and walk with assistance. I had to bang on windows to get her assistance and a PT saw me from the hallway, looked and just kept walking. DON never returned calls. Don''t even bother calling for an update you will not get one. COVID made it 100x worse, if possible avoid this place.
