The staff are exceptionally well trained and friendly. Excellent communication between management and residents. Brunch every Friday, at which time there is a meeting with management, all managers present. The building is well maintained and clean, and the grounds cannot be duplicated. Food is generally good. Like everyone, staffing is a current challenge.

The administration staff have been very helpful and available through the process. The tour was great and I got to see everything that I needed and they gave me all of the information that I needed.

I toured Dublin Assisted Living Memory Care. I visited it six years ago for my mother, and I love it now. There's nothing I don't like about it. Aside from being beautiful, it has great outdoor spacing. It has a dog on site, a therapy dog and I appreciate that for the residents. They have a tremendous activity director. But it's just not the right fit for my mom, I suppose. The staff, he's very new to doing the touring job, but he was great. He's been with the company since he was 16; now, 10 years later, he's moved up the ranks, and I thought he did a great job. Any questions I asked that he didn't have answers to, he said he would get back to me. They have a hair salon and a coffee bar. They offered activities, transportation, and physical therapy room, and a wonderful art room. The dogs are a huge amenity. Lots of beautiful outdoor spaces and gardens, vegetable gardens, and flower gardens. I think their pricing is good; it's right on track.

My dad has been here for a few years and in the beginning, it was great. However, they have EXCESSIVE turnover, you never know who the next caregiver will be, the food is atrocious and full of fat. Rooms are super small and not cleaned well. Medicines are mishandled and I was told "don't worry about your dad ever running out of medicine, If it happens, we just borrow some from another resident." From our experience, these places thrive or die based on the administration and this place has a bad one. Even a doctor and his wife moved out because of the poor care. Look elsewhere!

We moved my mom to an assisted living room during the pandemic. Everyone from administrators to the care givers made the move a wonderful experience for all of us. They has a "move-in coordinator" who did an amazing job before, during and after the move. Since we were not allowed to go inside, she sent me videos and floor plans of the room to help us decide what my mom needed in her new space. We brought the furniture and things to the loading dock and they moved it to her room and set it all up. They had caregivers work with her to get things put away quickly. One caregiver let my mom call us on her cell phone the day. She moved on a Friday afternoon and maintenance had her adjustable bed, cable and phone hooked up by Monday morning. My mom is happy and adjusting to her new surroundings. I really think they are doing an amazing job during this pandemic.
