After working for Catholic Charities I was under the impression this was a good facility. I worked through a staffing agency and came to the facility on 2 separate occasions to help out the staff. During my first experience, I worked during the covid out break that spread through the facility. Many staff members and residents were impacted by this. Being one of the only staff members unaffected by covid, I picked up many hours. Worked in unsafe working conditions and at times, I was working 2 entire units at a time. Working 12+ hour days and doing anything I could to help keep things afloat. Coming back my 2nd time around things weren''t much different. Understaffed and the quality of care was not all that great. Most residents get washed only in the morning as the LNA''s aren''t even provided with enough linen to properly wash patients late at night. When I made my 2nd return I was pregnant and a few weeks into my contract was giving a lifting restriction by my doctor of 13 lbs. I was let go as a result of this which goes against the PDA pregnancy Discrimination Act among other things. I am now struggling as a result of this. Their are discrimination laws set in place against this and St. Anns and Catholic Charities turned a blind eye to it. All in all I would not recommend placing your families under there care. They are typically understaffed and over worked.

My mother has been a resident at St Ann for seven years and I can’t say enough about the dedication of all their staff! They have perfect resignation to do what it takes to tend to all the residents needs! It’s obvious to me that the care the residents receive is rooted in love, compassion, patience and kindness! The facility is well maintained and always very clean! This past year having to deal with the pandemic on top of all the normal daily stresses had to be overwhelming! I applaud their selfless efforts! They put in long hours, worked through a Covid outbreak in the facility, and worked together as a team, to make sure the residents were well cared for both emotionally and physically! Not an easy task under normal circumstances! They put the needs of their residents ahead of their own! A 5 star rating isn’t high enough to give these Front Line Heroes!! They have more then earned my trust and respect for their incredible work ethic!

Staff is amazing and very supportive!
St. Ann''s staff is providing excellent care to our Mother. We are well informed especially during these trying times with the pandemic and have never worried about the care she is receiving. I would definitely recommend St. Ann if you have a love one in need of nursing care.
