The aid says they have no personal belongings with him. As the driver starts to leave someone else runs out and says wait, wait. This huge pile of stuff needs to go with him. Lol 😆. I mean come on. It''s like the blind leading the blind. I hope their healthcare is better than this. Disorganization.

I believe the smallest details matter. This "Royal Park," in name only, is duplicitous in their behavior. Case in point. I sent a resident a Christmas card, properly addressed, but without the apartment number as I did not know it. It was returned to me. Confusingly I telephoned the office and was advised that they were and are AWARE mail and packages are being returned unless you put the apartment number of the resident on the envelope or package. It is incomprehensible to any sense of understanding and/or reason. This speaks volumes of their alleged care and consideration for their residents, and vis-a-vis, their families and friends. It is obvious that they don''t. BEWARE.

This is a great place to go if you need rehabilitation after an accident or health need such as a stroke or heart attack. Everything runs like clock work here. The staff are caring and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel cared for and special. One gal even brought me hot chocolate from the local coffee house. All of the staff work well together and it shows that they care about their patients and each other. This place is very clean. Medications are prompt and the all around environment is upbeat and 😊 happy.

They charge $15 a day to empty your garbage. They moved a woman to a new room and just threw her belongings on the floor. I''ve never seen employees reviewing their employers. I wonder how much they had to pay them? I would never put a loved one in their care.
