This place is perfect for the mother-in-law you don’t like.
My parents both spent their final years at Quaker Heights. They both where treated very well. My dad is spending literally his final few days there as I type this. Thank you for caring for him after my mom passed.

The facility in itself is really nice, not out dated like most nursing facilities. But I will say as an agency nurse who travels around to different nursing facilities to work, working there was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Staff is very short and snobby with the residents and agency staff members. The vibe is very off setting, and I was very unpleased with how empathetic they were to residents and the way they were treated. Almost everybody had bed sores, which shows that they aren’t changed and treated properly. I will just say from my experience traveling around I’ve been to many places and I rather work/send my family member to somewhere that may be more out date than to a place that does not care.

By far the worst place I''ve ever worked! Not enough help for the amount of residents you have to care for. The residents suffer and it''s very sad!!😔
