My Mother is currently a patient at this facility. Twice now I have found feces On the toilet seat, On the Cold Faucet handle of the sink, On the floor in front of the toilet, On the floor between the toilet and the sink and on the floor and wall in front of the sink. I have taken pictures of this. I have notified the head nurse and the administrator and was told we will get right on it. They NEVER notify me of any tests, medication changes, results of any test, names of her doctors or when a doctor is coming in to acess her. I wouldn''t allow my enemy to come here. I have had 2 meetings with these people and they don''t seem to get it. I WANT ALL INFO ON MY MOTHER!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Please research before placing your loved one.

My mother is a resident here. Twice now she has been taken to the Emergency Room without me (her emergency contact) being notified. The first time she was taken for surgery and family was never notified. The type of miscommunication is unacceptable and staff defends the actions of the incompetent nurses. Edit: as of 12/24/2019 this has now happened 3 times and I''ve been notified it''s the same nurse that''s done it every time. 2nd Edit: as of 12/31/2019 this has now happened 4 times. The administrator said all she can do is educate staff and offered no solution.
