My sister is at this location. Friday will be a full week that''s she''s been there. Everytime, I call to check on her there''s a problem. They mix-up her meds and when she says something to the nurses the want to argue with her. She messed meds and then they want to double up on her meds.It takes forever to get changed and cleaned up. The CNA''S are rude, argumentive . I just got out of Rehab. I had a good experience surprisly. The food was awful but other than that it was good. Pruitt has a long history of terrible treatment of patients. That''s why they keep changing the name of their facilities. If you don''t like your job don''t take it out on the patients.

The facility on Briarcliff Road is not clean, it smelled and the air conditioning did not work. They need to invest in having that place thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and renovated. The staff seemed friendly.
Nothing to bragg about at all. Administration is pretty good though. Too many issues to list.
The facility is clean, but for patients that have visitors and are ambulatory they need a common area for their guest and not the patients room. The facility is clean, but for patients that have visitors and are ambulatory they need a common area for their guest and not the patients room. Patients should be matched with other patients that have commonality. Patients that are ambulatory or even in wheelchairs should be able to sit outside in a common area, and not sit inside all the time. Activities are needed to keep long term patients active and entertained. Meetings , that the facility have should sometimes include the patients family to hear or make suggestions about the care or improvements, and finally make sure the $75.00 that comes from their SS check is set aside for some of the little things they want. Overall some improvements are needed but it’s not a bad place. ( please get updated TV’s for the patients.
