This is one the most poorly staff facilities in Georgia! I''m used to speaking my mother at least once or twice a week. Whenever I called the facility either no one answered the phone I was placed on hold for long periods of time. I live in another state but my sister lives 20 minutes away, we do not get any updates on our mother, no team care meetings & information from her doctor appointments. Bring her home then you say? Well my mother also has dementia & has the mind of a defiant teenager. My sister & I have jobs that require us to work long hrs. All we ask for is an update on her care, when the Dr visits & the outcomes & to answer the phones. Thank you, Nadine L.Montuori

My sisters and I are so thankful for Pruitt-Augusta taking care of our dad when we couldn’t. Daddy got to the point where we knew he couldn’t stay by himself and was literally on the verge of death. He has made a remarkable comeback and we know it is due to the wonderful people at Pruitt-Augusta. We take comfort in knowing he has a staff of people who are constantly making sure his needs are met and keep us informed. Chrissy and her staff are wonderful and we believe daddy is in the best hands.

My brother has been at this facility for over 2 years. Everyone has taken care of any issues we have had and the nurses and staff are fabulous! Millidgeville road facility in Augusta is the best. Always clean, and I am kept fully informed of everything. Thank you Pruitthealth
This place has been nothing but bad news, they don’t see about the patients out there. I wouldn’t recommend it.
