If you want to visit awhile with your loved one bring a chair. My sister and I sat in the standup closet and sat on the top drawer. When we visited we were told specific things and none of that happen. Have my mom in a room with a person who appears to be hard of hearing with the TV on 90. The first nurse that saw her rushed through everything guess it was time for her to go home. Maybe have your love one checked in way before 4 pm God please supernaturally heal my mom so she can get home and be surrounded by her Family. Nothing is like home and I pray the rest of the week will be smooth. I will be showing up at all times of the day to see how people are treating her and checking on her mental health as well. Love on your loved ones no matter where they are because tomorrow is not promised to anyone. This sucks!!!!!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place is despicable and should be ashamed of themselves. Do not send your loved ones here. My father is currently placed here and the staff did not advocate for him at all when his insurance cut him off for being there for barely a month. They forgot to mention that he has COVID which he caught there in addition to pneumonia. Understandably, his progress regressed. My mother tried to appeal and lost due to the poor documentation and communication with the staff. My parents now owe this place well over $5,000 that they can not afford and for what....nothing! This place took advantage of my parents who cannot afford this and should not have to pay for this. Now their great recommendation is for him to go to LTC instead of giving him the opportunity to recover from COVID to continue working in physical therapy while there. This is seriously disgusting. Also my father said a doctor never checked on him and they did not give him PT which caused the regression. Anytime I visited my father, he was stuck in a wheelchair for hours since we were not allowed to help him and staff kept stating they will be back to help and would not show up. The cherry on top is my father who needed assistance to get out of his wheelchair in the beginning of his stay was told by an aide that he needed to do it himself because she did not want to hurt her back. Despicable.

Read moreYou seem to have only one RN nurse on duty for the Holiday weekend on the first floor. But, she did a fantastic job, keeping up with all the demands put on her. Outstanding worker.
WENT TO SEE A FEW CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WERE BOTH IN THE SAME PLACE. PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
