My grandmother was there for rehab but unfortunately she left there worse than what she came. My grandmother came home with an abscess on her back, skin tears, dry skin, dirty bandage on her elbow, bed sores from phase 1 to phase 3 and they did not communicate with us (family) about her health. The nurse practitioner didn’t notice a huge abscess on her back, that we immediately noticed the night she returned home. I would not recommend you send your loved ones here. The administration needs training on how to correct a situation versus not answering the phones at all. This facility unacceptable.
