Staff was very friendly and helpful. She is very comfortable. Thank you.
I think your staff is awesome. I like all the activities available for residents. If they want to participate they can but they aren’t pressured to do so. Autumn keeps me well informed about anything I need to know and let’s me know if my sister needs anything. Thank you!
Folks were working to update appearance of the building. Social worker visited to complete assessment. Facility was secure. My friend had very positive comments on OT & PT personnel.
Good visit.

I managed to get my father out today. I was sickened when I saw the loud, dirty room he was in. Would like to say the staff was nice, but had a hard time finding any. I had to schedule a planning meeting myself, coordinating schedules, setting agenda and determining next steps by pulling it out of those who should know. This was after weeks of going in circles. My dad would not be discharged if the family didn''t do the work. I want to give credit to Alexa, after the meeting, she took the necessary steps to make referrals and establish home services, after the social worker had no idea what to do. After weeks of fighting to get him out, I was called yesterday by Stephanie in the business office, one day before discharge. For 12 minutes she complained about my father, told me we would be receiving a large bill and there would be a lien on my father''s house. No matter how many times I told her to stop blaming my father for the horrible situation he was in, she continued. I kept asking her what she wanted from me, why she was calling, she raised her voice, yelled at me and hung up the phone. I called her back, asked for her superior, she said there was none, then refused to talk for 2 minutes before transferring me to the front desk. They transferred me to the nursing supervisor, I left a detailed message asking for someone to return my call. Spoke to Alexa, as for a name and number of someone to talk to, no one will provide the information. If any hospital tries to discharge to this facility, fight with everything you have.
