I am beyond displeased and upset with this facility! My grandpa was due to be recovering and receiving physical therapy here and it turns out that he was not getting the proper care that he required while being there. He was being neglected and his oxygen machine was not working so his oxygen levels...
I am beyond displeased and upset with this facility! My grandpa was due to be recovering and receiving physical therapy here and it turns out that he was not getting the proper care that he required while being there. He was being neglected and his oxygen machine was not working so his oxygen levels were extremely low! No body would answer our calls when we would try to reach the facility and they did not want to schedule any visitations. Luckily we took my grandpa out of the facility before matters got worse. They refused to give us his medications because we were taking him out "against medical advice" but we took him out for NEGLECT!!! we did not feel comfortable allowing my grandpa to spend another day at a place like this. I am in disbelief that a facility like this continues to run business. Please consider on taking your loved ones out of here for their safety and well being.
