Great staff and environment. They take great care of all the patients there. I have even received calls from the director of nursing with updates and addressing any concerns. When we were allowed to visit the facility was always clean and smelled nice. Now I visit at the window and they are always very accommodating to give my mom the phone and get her to the window so I can see her. They have recently gone through change in management and now have full time staff which creates consistency for my mom. I appreciate all they have done and are doing to allow visitation again. I feel like people only get on here to post negative so I want people to know that they are great and I highly recommend them

I had a fall back in April this year, and boy I must say, the people here are great! They treated me like royalty and helped me get back up to my family. Rehab and nursing team was great! Thanksgiving is next week and I am able to stand and cook turkey for my family. All because of Opus!
my Grandma went there for rehab. Some of the workers were very nice but some were rude. But guess it''s like that everywhere so not fair to judge a faculty by the actions of some of the workers/ CNAs. That''s why gave 3 stars. my Grandma went there for rehab. Some of the workers were very nice but some were rude. But guess it''s like that everywhere so not fair to judge a faculty by the actions of some of the workers/ CNAs. That''s why gave 3 stars. What happened was My grandma was told to not try and walk to potty chair by herself, to call an aid for help. So she did that and the aid was very rude to her. Kept saying this is ridiculous to my Grandma. Needless to say We signed our Grandma out a month early from rehab. I feel bad for the people who aren''t lucky like my Grandma and don''t have family to bust them out.
