My family member recently spent 3 months at North Chase for rehab, after a lengthy hospitalization. Family member was unable to walk or talk and was reliant on the staff for assistance with self care (bedpan, bathing, dressing). My family member recently spent 3 months at North Chase for rehab, after a lengthy hospitalization. Family member was unable to walk or talk and was reliant on the staff for assistance with self care (bedpan, bathing, dressing). Call light was repeatedly ignored (for as long as 90 minutes) and on more than one occasion my family member was told "you have a diaper on, use it". Concerns were voiced to the social worker and these concerns were never acted upon. There were a few staff members (nurses, aides, PT) that clearly care for the patients/residents. If there had been another facility that was able to take our family member, they would have been moved. I would not recommend North Chase to anyone.

Great staff who truly care for the residents. The staff is hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated. The resident rooms have recently been remodeled. The room and hall renovations have given the facility a new refreshing look.
