Thank you and all your team for the excellent care you provided!! The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. If I were asked I would recommend this agency!
Thank you to all the staff at North Hills for their loving, supportive and gentle care of my mother. We could not have made it thru this without you all. Thank you so much. I will miss you all everyday! 😁

This place WAS great, in the beginning, but the second you start voicing your concerns or try to better the care here, you’re immediately labeled a target. The consistent attitudes and lack of help really just brought this place to one of the bad facilities in AR. It’s depressing, majority of the staff is hateful and the management is absolutely corrupted. They act like they care for you and their patients, but the don’t. They act like they genuinely care about your questions and concerns but leave it on a back burner and the more you try to have issues addressed, the more complicated they make it for you to want to work here. I will never work here again, I couldn’t even recommend this place to anyone because of the lack of care they have for their staff and their patients. They have a select few staff that are absolutely amazing & I genuinely hope they find a place that actually recognizes their aides and appreciates the hard work we put in every single day we work. I love memory care, and it’s a shame that this place really has me question if I wanted to continue my nursing career, after 7 years of being in this industry.

If you are disabled you will die here! My mom broke both her legs and Washington Regional Hospital thought this place was appropriate for her rehab! It is a NURSING HOME! DO NOT let the doctors at the hospital trick u into thinking this is a rehab. If I hadn''t been there with my mom she would of sat in her own urine. She never moved the entire time, they gave her wrong doses of meds, they substituted meds! Thankfully we escaped to the best Rehab faciIity in Arkansas called Everest and they take Medicare too, they are not affiliated with Washington Regional so of course they were never given to us as an option! I do believe my mom would of died here if I didn''t act as quick as I did. We trusted the surgeons and her team of doctor''s to send us somewhere that wouldn''t kill her, do NOT trust them, they all benefit from your loved one going here! Its a racket and a scam and it should be illegal and against hospital ethics. It is a conflict of interest for a hospital such as Washington Regional to gain from doing business like this but somehow they are getting away with it!
Read moreThe Doctor at North Hills Rehabilitation was to get my wife back on her feet and doing very. When she got there she couldn’t stand on her feet. Yesterday she was able to walk a half a mile and doing better every day. Thank God for all the Staff at North Hills Rehabilitation! A.Lee
As a previous employee of this facility i must say it isnt the nurses or cna''s that are at fault rather that pathetic back stabbing DON and administrator. Their primary goal is the money. They conistentlys short staff because of money.
