My mother moved into the Breakwater two months ago, and she couldn’t be happier. We love going to visit her there! Wonderful food, and a beautiful facility. Kelly and Kim have been SO wonderful, and have really gone out of their way to help mom get acclimated. She was very nervous initially, and now is thriving thanks to them. She truly loves her new home! Big thank you to this awesome facility.

The photos that you see of the filthy kitchen that was left for me to clean up for there lazy kitchen staff who does absolutely nothing to help the cause. You demons know who you are. Karma

I cannot say enough positive things about The Normandy. I''ve had the privilege to experience The Normandy as a guest as well as an employee. Aside from the gorgeous and clean facility for its residents, The Normandy goes above and beyond for their residents. For example, they have a comprehensive group fitness schedule like nothing I''ve ever seen. Many facilities offer 1 exercise class a day. The Normandy goes even further and has 3 different classes every Mon, Wed and Fri in addition to other speciality fitness and dance classes on Tue/Thu. Promoting a healthy lifestyle for both brain and body is so important and to have a variety for their residents, such as tai chi, seated yoga, seated dance classes, balance classes, Silver Sneakers, Brain & Body, etc, there is something for everyone. I''ve had the pleasure of seeing them offer healthy cooking seminars, educational seminars, and other activities to encourage community and joy. In addition, to the offerings the staff is exceptional. Everyone I''ve worked with or come across always has a smile, warm and inviting energy, and is happy to help in any way. I know when a facility is a good one when I would recommend it to my parents or grandparents to live and The Normandy is one of the best.

A great senior community with good-sized apartments, a wide range of activities, and very friendly fellow residents and staff. I’m glad we moved here.
