Also heard about the robbery inside the building in February 2024 by an employee who stole from a Resident and the State Police are involved. Ms. Kranis can''t keep our Veterans safe from criminal activity plus she is accused of it herself.
Read moreThe staff and administration is always very helpful. I see reviews talking about abuse of patients. If I even suspected that a family member was being abused in a facility I would not leave them there.
My father had wonderful care ! He was often a difficult patient, the nurses were always professional and very nice to him . They had many activities residents can be as busy or as quiet as they would like to be. I recommend visiting often so the nurses know you .
