The staff displayed a remarkable degree of professionalism and dedication to their roles, making my stay both comfortable and reassuring. The nursing team went above and beyond to attend to my needs, creating an environment where I felt genuinely cared for. While most of the nurses exhibited kindness and empathy, there were a few instances where some could improve on their interpersonal skills. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive and supportive atmosphere created by most of the staff. A standout aspect of my stay was the culinary experience, thanks to Julian. His frequent check-ins and warm, cheerful demeanor were a highlight of my day. He made sure to accommodate my food orders when I didn’t like what was on the menu. The western egg white omelet they prepared for me in the mornings was not only delicious but also a testament to their commitment to meeting individual preferences. The dedication was evident not only in the quality of the meals but also in his attentiveness to the residents. They always made us feel like family especially, Martina & Nicole. It always brightened mom''s day when chef Julian would eloquently prepare special meals and desserts . During her time there, the PT, OT and Liza the speech therapist were wonderful. Unfortunately mom has to be taken to the hospital and recently passed but our experience at BG was outstanding.
