They insulted me, wasted my time, lied to me, refused me entry to see a sick relative even though I had an appointment made well in advance and had travelled over 400 miles to visit said relative and then had the audacity to lie to my sick relative and tell her that I screamed at them which was untrue. I have never in my life been treated this way by medical professionals. I do not recommend this facility.

Terrible!! My grandmother got such terrible care she nearly died. How did her sugar go dow so low if they were checking it? She caught an infection there and the took such little care of her she went septic. She caught pneumonia there and had to have her lungs drained. They weren’t even changing her or getting her up to go potty. She has never been sick before so it’s hard on her to not be able to do the things she normally can. She’s 80 and in her right mind. She told me they didn’t take good care of her and she didn’t want to go back there. Unfortunately that is the only place available through her insurance for her to go get physical therapy so she can get back on her feet to go back home to my mom’s house. I pray she is ok there until then. Last time she was at this nursing home she was found non responsive due to their negligence 🤬

Nurses here don''t know what they''re doing. When I worked as an EMT and picked up a patient the nurses said "the patient is okay. She has swelling in her arm.... I think." I walked over to the patient and she had edema in her legs and had crackles in the lungs.... Which were serious signs of congestive heart failure. I don''t know if it''s just something here or in all places but wow... Another time they legitimately couldn''t find a patient''s chart when we went to pick up a patient. Very disorganized as well.
