I worked here briefly for 2 months. I quit due to the horrible conditions and staff. They don''t care about their patients. They would instruct us to lie to families to get them to send their loved ones here, then would neglect them. The nursing staff doesn''t care or help patients at all. The administrative staff will do anything to get people in the door, but then do nothing for the actual patients. They also were suppose to update the facility which never happened.
Read moreMy friend at Medilodge a short time but was treated like she was part of a family. We asked a lot of the staff since she was bedridden. We had to have her room changed and we got extra PT. She needed a bunch of extra time and care and we got all of that. The food was also good.
Best service and I do appreciate all the staff especially holly , Stephanie and the physical therapy staff they did and awesome job , thank you for treating my mom so good 🙏

The funny thing about my visit was I had a prescription for pain meds and I only took 3 in the 3 weeks I was there, but the drugs I was sent home with, I should have had 40 but only 3 came...

The funny thing about my visit was I had a prescription for pain meds and I only took 3 in the 3 weeks I was there, but the drugs I was sent home with, I should have had 40 but only 3 came home with me. So what happened to the other pills? Makes me really wonder what happened to them !
Read moreI would just like to say, A Big Thank You to not only Miranda, but ALL THE STAFF!! The stay and care our Mother received while at your facility was an extremely appreciative as well as helping to get her ready to come home.
My Mom has been at Medilodge since March 2020, the care and attention she has been given is really great. My Mom has dementia and isn’t always very nice to people. We, as a family, are very happy with her care. T
