My granny stayed at Marin Terrace for a few weeks while she was dying on hospice. From the minute we walked through the door, we were greeted with kindness and care. Darnell is a total character and runs the place well. The staff have the most wonderful, loving hearts and treat the residents like family. I'd never been in an assisted living facility before and to be honest, it made me really sad at first to know that there were these older people that their families weren't carrying for. I guess not every family is able to care for their elders (we needed around the clock care for my granny while we was dying, but were there a lot). But what I noticed was the love and care the staff provide was really beautiful. Marin Terrace isn't fancy, but it's warm and safe and staffed by beautiful people. Thank you wonderful workers of Marin Terrace from all of Ewell's family.

They have a nurse on staff; I'm also pretty impressed with him. The other staff members that I met seem to be very nice. They like my mom a lot. I like the rooms. My mom has a pretty big room. It has a sliding glass door and one whole wall is glass, which is beautiful to look outside. There are no activities going on now because of social distancing. They have a nice living room with a couple of big TVs, and they have a nice terrace in the back that overlooks a stream.
