What a nasty environment, rude staff towards patients. Dirty and smelly and I actually got a Lung infection from a recent visit...if you care about your loved ones do some research for a better safe and healthy facility

If I could give −0 stars I would. My dad was here just for rehabilitation and it was a nightmare!!! I would visit my dad every day just to see if he is making any progress. And every single time I went there. He would be laying in the bed soaking wet. He expressed to them that he was not feeling good and wanted to go to the hospital. They disregarded his request and some lazy nurse stated that she called the doctor and told him my dads concerns but this doctor also disregarded my dad''s pleas to go to hospital stating he wasn''tin distress. How would he know that by a friggen phone conversation instead of visibly seeing him. Eventually he called me and I had to call 911 myself...come to find out he had the flu as well as pneumonia. Very disappointed!!!! If you are anything like me and love your parent. Or a loved one. Do not!!! I mean Do not send them to this place.

My mom recently passed at age 91. She was at Bea Lea for a year and a half . This facility was a great experience for my mom and our family. All of the nursing staff is kind , compassionate, caring and top notch professionals ( special thank you to Peter, Samantha and Sue who also became my mom''s friends). The building is kept immaculate and sanitized. The Administrative staff is very helpful and responsive and the director Ed Mount was always there for us. Thank you to everyone for all of your hard work.
