When my sister entered Maplewood Assisted Living a few months ago she was not in a good place mentally, physically, or emotionally. She needed a great deal of care and encouragement to perform even the simple tasks of daily living. She had been in another Maplewood facility a few years ago and did very well so we were familiar with Maplewood''s care and reputation. My concern at the onset was that she was in such a bad state that she needed almost constant oversight. My anxiety level was very high worrying about her getting the care that she desperately needed. The staff, especially the Director, understood my concerns and was very patient with me, doing their best to calm and reassure me that my sister would be well supervised and cared for. I am so grateful to Maplewood for everything they''ve done and continue to do for my sister. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a loving and caring facility for their loved one.

I have compared Maplewood to my Mom's last assisted living home in Florida and the difference is night and day. Maplewood's staff is attentive, accessible, and responsive. They are always on top of any issues or concerns to make things better or find a solution.
As a resident, I've had an excellent experience so far. It's a homey, friendly, warm and compassionate environment. I feel extremely comfortable here. The staff is terrific!
