The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure they met with us and brought us up to speed on my father care plan. I was very impressed with the facility and it’s cleanliness.
I was very impressed when I saw the facility. The landscaping is beautiful. Everyone seemed very nice. I believe it was the marketing director took me on a tour of the facility.
I spent a month there, the staff is awesome
Please do not send your.love one there,They have the. Rudest staff I have ever seen.will not let me visit my wife or even let me .know how she is doing I wouldn''t send my dog there
Terrible care. Arrogant doctors who can''t seem to find the time to communicate with the families of the residents in care at the facility. DO NOT trust this facility to care for your loved one. Stay away.

If I could give these people a negative rating I would. Their administrator threatened to not allow any visits to my dying husband who should qualify for "compassionate care" considerations. I did my research from the CDC and the California department of Public Health as well as the CMS that cited he should be allowed the "compassionate care" visiting rules and after I read what I found verbatim from the websites I was told that they would not even consider my request even though the state of California said it should be determined on a case by case basis, I was then threatened to lose all visitation at all and when I asked if I was being threatened, the administrator proudly proclaimed "Yes". I do have to say that the nurses on the floor that I have dealt with were very kind and considerate but the "rule makers" in this place are heartless.
