I love Rio las Palmas, I have been living here over a year. The staff are very kind especially my nurses Jennifer and Karen. The food is really good also. I would give 10 stars if I could. Jennifer and Karen always go above and beyond for me.
Lizeth cares so much for her residences. She makes sure they always have proper, nursing and rehab care from Home Health agency. They always put the residences needs first and will accommodate any needs or situation for family and friends of the residence.

I recently went on a tour there for my grandmother; The rooms they showed and the pricing cannot be beat. The staff genuinely seem to care about their residents and were very thoughtful during my walkthrough. Their attention to detail, knowing residents by name, and addressing them in kind tones speak volumes about how they will potentially treat my grandmother. I am looking forward to discussing this place with my grandmother as a potential option for her.

The staff were so helpful after my mother passed. I came in from so cal to deal with her apartment and had never been there before. The facility was VERY nice. It was clean and when we came there was a karoke guy singing to the residents, many of whom were "rocking to the oldies". The staff helped me deal with a lot of issues I had and have been very prompt with communications. Lizeth, the manager has been very helpful. The apartment itself was pretty darn cute. and their prices were very fair. I had priced other places for other people a few years back down in so cal and they were at least 2,000 a month more a month. The only issue I knew about what that my mom said they had 5 star gormet food and she was super excited about that, only to find out after she was in she HAD to eat in dining room w other residents (she didn''t want to I guess) or pay a charge per day to get it to her room. Then once she did get it, she said it was not good. I found extensive bills for door dash, etc paid in her stash of paperwork, so it seems she chose to not eat what was offered. I do have to say the day I was there the menu looked good. It had chicken fried steak and veg and mash and some dessert, but I didn''t actually taste any of it. Apparently, the company that provides the food is named 5 star gourmet, which is not the same as being ranked as a 5 star gourmet meal. I did not take off any stars from that in my ranking because I never actually ate it. I had terrific help after my mom passed and the entire staff was quite helpful.
