My Mother was a resident in Assisted Living from Nov 22'' until she passed in Aug 23''. The plus points: The Lead patient staffing lady (assistant to the Director of Nursing) and a handful of aides she assigned and trained. The Activities Director; the Lead Rn of Memory Care. The minus factors: The Executive Director, Nursing Director and Spectrum. My Mom as a Hospice patient for approx 4 months before she passed. She was oxygen dependent. There were instances she was left without oxygen and medication delivery times were always in disarray. They insisted charging meal delivery fee even when too sick to go down. It has been 3 months since my Mom died. To date, neither the Executive Director or the Director of Nursing have yet to reach out to express condolences. Not a word. There is no reason, no excuse that is acceptable for this simple lack of human decency. A no-name corporate reach-out was an insult. Buyer Beware when it comes to choosing Lincoln Meadows in Parker C

I toured this community. Initially, we liked it. But I had heard feedback from a few others about staffing issues. I also had trouble with getting a callback from them with questions we had. We decided to go with another community.

Like the rest of the United States Lincoln Meadows is having a hard time filling the staffing for the community. In the memory care unit the weekend staffing is a big challenge in keeping the staff. Medication management, hygiene, dressing, and bathing assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide. The communication with the management has been good. The communication with the staff in the memory care unit on the weekends has been challenging for the family.

This might be an acceptable place for independent living. I probably wouldn't recommend for assisted living. We aren't getting the services we were promised such as laundry service. The friendliness of the caregivers is pretty low. The communication with the staff about our loved one is lacking and could be improved upon. Housekeeping, laundry, changing of linens, the room, the utilities, scheduled transportation, 24 hour staffing and emergency services team, and all the meals are to be included in the monthly rate. The weekly housekeeping, and laundry once a week has been sporadic at best. For the first six weeks that my loved one was in the community these services didn't happen at all. My loved one really enjoys the meals. There is a daily special and a menu the residents can order off of. My loved one has been raving about the food to the family.
