We visit Marianne Knott about once a month, for lunch. We always find the restaurant staff to be friendly and efficient. The whole facility is bright and comfortable. We always enjoy our visits.

There’s no reason why there should be such limited spaces when the residents spend upwards of 8k a month… none of us should have to park across the street, especially when it’s snowing. The food is trash. For what these people pay, they should be eating 5 star meals everyday for every meal. Not to mention, the prices for a basic sandwich and 5 chips, wild! The nursing staff is wonderful, no complaints there. However, the children you have running the cafeteria, get some people who are professional and have graduated from high school please. They always seem so clueless and dopey. You guys should give better accommodations to your residents and their families that come to visit them. You guys are in one of Colorado’s most affluent places… no reason why you guys can’t do better with parking for family and food for residents.

There were four incidents over the course of 3 months where medication was either incorrectly administered or missed entirely. Morning medications often were given after 11am. Would not recommend trusting this facility to care for your your loved ones.
